The Cafe includes a full kitchen, table for 6-8, coffee bar and comfy seating. Beautiful outdoor patio spaces are only a step away on this level.

Occupancy:

• 10 People

Rental fee:

• The Cafe can be reserved by the hour, half day or full day.

  • $15 per hour, $50 for half day, $100 for full day

• Exclusive access to the entire lower level and/or outside patio is also available upon request.

  • $125 for lower level for half day, $225 for full day

  • An additional $100 for the patio can be added

• Half day = 1 to 4 hours

• Full day = 4+ to 8 hours
